RARE 2006 Fender 60th Anniversary Diamond Edition Stratocaster Tronical Powertune Owned by prolific guitarist and author Dave Burrluck. This is a one-of-a-kind limited edition Fender with a very special history in the evolution of guitar technology and was owned by arguably the biggest guitar magazine writer in the world! This was the official company guitar (serial number 1!!) of Tronical sent to Dave Burrluck for his review! From Guitar World Magazine: Dave Burrluck is one of the world’s most experienced guitar journalists, who started writing back in the '80s for International Musician and Recording World, co-founded The Guitar Magazine and has been the Gear Reviews Editor of Guitarist magazine for the past two decades. Along the way, Dave has been the sole author of The PRS Guitar Book and The Player's Guide to Guitar Maintenance as well as contributing to numerous other books on the electric guitar. Dave is an active gigging and recording musician and still finds time to make, repair and mod guitars, not least for Guitarist’s The Mod Squad. Tronical was founded in 2005 in Hamburg, Germany and is the market leader as well as technological pioneer in the range of self-tuning systems for musical instruments. All of the famous Gibson self-tuning guitars use a Tronical system.
